Bamboozling... TN Number in Kannada
While heading back home late night this Yamaha in front of me caught my sight by surprise… What’s so unique? On contemplating I could sense that it’s actually a TN bike but may be he had not paid Road Tax in Karnataka and to escape from the traffic cops this guy had put the registration number in Kannada or my theory is all wrong. But, really an intellectual – Kudos to this guy

I read your blog and found it very informative. The event blogs are striking enough to have a feel of the event, so, I would like to have a little chit-chat on your blogging interests. And even we are coming up with an event on startups on June 6th in Bangalore. So, can I have your contact details? Looking forward to hear from you.

@Saritha – You placed a niche in this theory – that’s quite possible but the guy on bike seemed more professional in this case

One more theory I heard is that generally chain snatchers (thieves) use old Yamaha bikes (no offense meant, jus tryin to bring out possibilities). Probably script in Kannada helps them to move away fast

Good catch.. I have seen a few mobikes with TN registrations written in Kannada as well.. I thought it was to prevent them from “Cauvery issues” if any

@Vijay – Even you may be correct…
Unless one among that groups comes forward and gives the exact reason this will remain unsolved mystery
